I am trying to get back my life and get healthy. I have a hard time staying on track because I am always on the go. I have 2 active kids and work a lot. I also have a hard time doing work outs cause I have a bad back. Anyone have any hints to help me get

Yoga at a community college will get you focus.

Your nutrition will be key!!! Eat clean, 1st meal w/in 30 mins of waking up and eat every 3 hours. Helped me lose 24lbs. Also consider swimming if you have access to an indoor heated pool. Pilates or yoga are great starts too.
