I ate a banana and tangerine for breakfast and after taking my vitamins I felt super sick and threw up. I’m trying to minimize my bread intake and I usually eat an egg sandwich for breakfast and it helps a lot with the stick feeling. Is there anything else other than shakes that have helped people with this problem?
Banana pancakes are delish and fast the very same as normal ones and would help overnight oats even breakfast omelet’s. If you’re going to eat fruit try putting it into a bowel with some Greek yogurt and some granola that’s my fave and a glass of water make sure to finish your water. Hope it helps.
