No you should eat after you workout. Your body will still burn the calories. My trainer years ago and still does this.

No. Working out is never a mistake. Even if you had a non healthy meal, don’t sweat it. Your body responds to what we do MOST of the time. A slip up doesn’t make or break fitness.

nope!you need food after you workout, doesn’t matter what time, as long as it’s a healthy meal, you’re good. your body needs the food for it to heal
