I can only really afford to do one shake a day is it possible to lose weight with doing just one and healthy eating?

Yes it is. I am currently only drinking a shake for breakfast and the rest of the day is healthy eating. I have lost 4lbs so far.

Yes!!! I do 1 for breakfast then eat 2 healthy snacks and 2 healthy meals and lots of water!!! I have lost 35lbs!

Same here so I make a morning shake without a protein/ replacement meal option… I do 1 cup of spinach, 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt, 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 banana, a little honey and water…. this usually holds me over till a mid morning snack:)
