Yep you gotta stop the negative thinking and talking about yourself number one! It may be hard at times but it is not impossible. How many things in life are trial and error. You may not right away have the greatest success but you work at it until you find what you enjoy and work it into your lifestyle. And even then you may have moments where you crave and you cave but you have to let go of that last bad meal and get right back or let go of yesterday’s shortcomings and just get back to what you know you need to do to accomplish what you want

2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
1tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup water (room temp)
Drink this mixture daily before breakfast
