If you don’t know where to start just start by counting calories. Use an app like my fitness pal or a food journal. Even if your not going to start off with calorie restriction it puts a good perspective on how much you should be eating and portion control.
I have pcos so weight loss is very difficult but recently was given a fitbit so tracking water and calories to ensure I’m having enough. I also started juice plus boosters and have lost 7 pounds! Also reduced my body fat from 45 to 43. I do 5+ hours exercise a week. Drink 2 glasses if water before a meal track ur calories and move more it will come off in no time x
