Well I guess I should of listened to my body and took that day off, I’ll pulled or tore something in my elbow, I don’t think it’s too bad but it hurts when I try to flex my bicep muscle.
If it doesn’t for purple you will be fine. I use a neoprene elbow sleeve to keep it warm. Just me though!
That sucks. And, the reality is that any injury at this age takes forever to heal. Treat it, give it its due, and don’t rush back.
Bummer! And I was just researching some shoulder pain issues with Jeff Cavalier at Athlean-X and guess what? Elbow pain was another common issue he mentioned.
Laced: you need to listen to your body and that goes for anybody in their 50s and beyond..
