I want to be fit but I don’t want to lift, what can I eat?
Not impossible at all. Eat at a calorie deficit with foods high in protein and moderate in fat and lower carbs and you’ll be fit.
Eat boiled veggies dnt add cooking oil.also eat fruits.remember to eat small portions.
You can use supplements and machine.
You can only get fit if you exercise. You don’t have to use weights, you can do other exercises like push ups, mountain climbers, burpees, planks, etc.
