I drink 8-9 glasses of water a day. Is that enough? How much are you drinking? My fitness Pal suggests 12 glasses a day. is that a lot? Please help

I drink 24 ounces of water outside of my 48 ounces of drink. I pee like a banshee and i am house bound when i drink my liquids. Its hard for me to travel
I drink 1 liter per 25 kg so for me 3 liters 4 if I sweat a pee heaps
I drink 12-15 glass of water. That works perfectly for me.
Well if thats comfortable for you , then that ok…water doesnt cause any harm ifyou dink it in limited quantity
