I dropped 52 pounds total. After dropping all that weight I move across country. I ended up gaining 4 pounds back. I know i know 4 pounds is nothing but to me thats horrible. Its really bringing me down. I have stopped working out and now I'm real depress

Exercise will help stop the stress and give you energy. Find an app you like to track your goals, calories, weight, and workouts. Mine gives me silly little badges, but it keeps me motivated!

You can do this. Just get back on the horse and count your calories or do whatever it is that helps you lose your extra weight. You got this!
