I feel good during the day and am staying within my macros but in the evenings after I work out I’m so hungry!

I think part of why it’s different for me is I’m diabetic, but not getting hungry on this WOE is commonplace.

One thing that made a HUGE difference with me was to make fat the major component of each meal. I found I was really hungry if I led with protein. You can also aim to cycle your calories with that level of activity. Maybe go between 1875-2000 every other day and see how you go?

I exercise daily and was only hungry once after a workout and now my body is used to it. Have you tried upping your water intake and electrolytes?
