I’m going to let you in on a secret… You will lose motivation! There will be days where you don’t want to exercise, days where you want to eat more food than you need and foods that your body won’t use as fuel… Motivation comes and goes!!! What you need to learn is discipline! And it comes slowly but imagine if it was your child, and the Dr said they were allergic to their fave junk food! Would you allow them to have it? Even tho it’s bad for their body? And could cause damage? No. I wish I could say that there is a special way to get rid of cravings forever and that there will never be bad days ever again. But that’s not true. We are human and we have bad days!!! As long as you continue to work on being disciplined and making better choices you’ll reach your goals!
