I spend about $40 a week for just me…so $80 for two. Actual health food is cheap, stupid bullshit that’s labeled “health food” is an expensive gimmick

In NJ just for me I average $100, more or less depending what else I need in the house or if I’m too lazy to go to the farmer’s market for my produce instead of getting everything at Shop Rite or Wegmans…

150 to 200 a week for my family of three. Mostly healthy. If I made more stuff from scratch it would be less. And if in were vegetarian it’d be less. X
