Well Josiah Maluza Jr. I want my belly to go down by april i have a dress to fit into and i have vegas trip to go to in march the 23rd so i need all the help i can get what work out Should i do i really want my mid section to be going down and tone up my arms and butt any help jesus told me to pray about it and i did but no answer at the moment lol

In that case 4 to 5 days a week and you can start by running, or the bike and increase with crunches anything targeting your mid section, that’s my target and I’m doing pretty good

Far as your arms do push ups on your knees, and also do squats, wall sits, jumping Jack’s
