I had 4-6 weeks off my diet and fitness protocol while I was on vacation. I’m now back in Ketosis and I’ve been getting headaches again. Is it a thing for this to happen while the body re-adapts? Or could it be low salts.

Your body not only flushes salt, but other minerals and electrolytes as well. Make sure you are taking an electrolyte supplement, or eating things high in Magnesium, Potassium, AND Sodium.

Pop a couple of salt rocks under your tongue & drink a solution if ACV & water a couple of times a day, I find it easier than salting everything.

I agree with the electrolytes but I also wonder if you’re not experiencing some side-effect of the sugar withdrawal.
