I had leg day last Friday and my legs are still quite sore today. What can I do to speed up the recovery? I don’t want to work out with the soreness tomorrow.
You have to continue to stretch throughout the day.
Magnesium and water. You can take them internally (drink water, take supplements and/or magnesium rich foods) AND externally with a hot bath and epsom salts (magnesium sulfate). Soak 10 minutes or more. Moving and stretching also help.
Epsom salt bath. Continue working out.
Get a foam roller! They are AWESOME.
Water + magnesium, workout will help. It is acid in muscles, and only more blood can carry it away.
