Probably they don’t know your pain/health issues. But some do have understanding about food consumption and calories.
Hang out with them and see how they eat.

I was a big kid in high school. Lots of friends, but always just that to girls, ya know? Very social but zero confidence on the inside.

I made the change for myself, and it truly changes you beyond the aesthetic! The confidence you get in not being uncomfortable in your own skin just can’t be beat!

That’s why you see me in this group, answering literally every post I feel I can contribute to! I’ve been there, I know what it’s like to feel that way.

So with that, if there’s anything I can ever do to assist you on your journey, be it nutrition or fitness guidance, ask away

Yeah, but I’m sure they have good intentions in trying to help. But it is easier to relate to someone who has walked the same journey you are on

Might should be open to all, fat and skinny. I was always skinny but started to gain quickly as I aged. I got a handle on it and started eating a plant-based diet for better health and the extra pounds and belly fat melted off! So even though I’ve never been a large person a little extra weight was a lot for me. Changing my diet (yes I’ve tried all kinds of products too) changed my life. You don’t have to be fat to know how to maintain weight. Be open to those who are skinny (not that skinny is always healthy) and those who are losing or have lost weight (also not always healthy). We are all different. What works for one may not work for another. You have to listen to what your body needs. Cut out the bad foods add in the good foods. It’s really that simple.
