I have 62 days until my vacation there for I have 61 days to work out. Should I start t25 or start on 80 day obsession which ever day they are on now. I am looking to lose 10 to 15lbs.
T25 should get you that loss in that time.
You’ll lose that by the 3rd or 4th week if you work hard! Keep it grinding.
Workouts will tone. A healthy diet will make you lose weight. Both will complement each other. You can do it.
T25 and sensible eating and you will smash that! Good luck.
Go for it. Plenty of time to lose/? Get in shape.
