Hello everybody. This is my first post beside complements and likes . I am so happy that i am part of this group seriously. I joined a couple month ago but i haven’t get the 12 week plan yet. Everybody its amazing posting their progress and keeping me motivated. Thank you too all. And i want to be honest with you all; my dream its fitness as everybody in this group. And i don’t know what to do. Is not like i haven’t made my mind yet, my dream its been crushed and crushed and crushed over and over by the person i love the most; My wife. Im always showing her this group live videos of our coach or people showing their results or any motivation results to her and how i am really in to this lifestyle. Today she told my that i don’t have my feet on the ground, that this is not a real thing. And a lot of hurting wanna be fitness things. This its to expensive blah blah blah, who do you think you are and i was telling everything else to defend my dream and she keeps destroying it. Its hard when someone you love destroys your dream. I am 32, i have 7 consecutive months going to gym and pretending to eat healthy i weight about 172 lbs and i need your advise.
You have to do this for you and no one else. If she doesn’t back you , that’s unfortunate. It’s more about fitness. It’s about being healthy. Just take the steps you need to eat well and exercise and MAYBE , by seeing your results she will see that it’s a good thing. Keep your head up !
