I used Fitness pal for about three years, but I bought a fit bit and now I only use their app. My fitness pal was great. I loved that it gives you a five week projection; it made me be good thru out the week and exercise.

Spark people best n easy no need to feed servings and details. I lost 10 pounds with that and will continue. Also weight watchers tips are very helpful.
