I have a couple of questions. I am just finishing up my first 24 hr fast – and it went better than I thought!! To break it though, should I get all of my allotted calories in tonight, or just have a light meal and eat like regular tomorrow? What foods are best? Also, regarding electrolytes. I’m feeling a little shaky now. Mostly it was after an easy 20 minute run. I’m guessing I haven’t gotten enough salt in?? I’ve been strict keto since the first week of November. I thought I was fat adapted… Maybe not?
