I have a massive craving for ice cream and cookies. Any tips on getting past it? Or how do you fulfill a sugar craving?

I keep Adkins bars on hand for this problem! There are many choices that fulfill your craving and net carbs low! Considered a treat, not every day.

I blended strawberries and cream and ice and stevia. Stuck it in the blender then freezer! BAM delicious. … Feeling a bit bloated though.

You don’t fulfill a sugar craving, which is a signal that you need potassium or that you have adrenal burnout. To handle the craving, eat foods high in potassium – fresh greens and avocados are best – 7 cups of greens a day are recommended.
