I have a problem. I don’t really sleep very well. Never really have. I’m usually awake every hour or so when I do wake up I get a drink of water go to the bathroom and heck on my daughter and I always end up eating something. It’s usually a couple spoons of peanut butter but it’s every time I wake up. I go through about 3 bottles of water at night. I would like to stop eating in the middle of the night but I don’t really realize I’m doing it till after the fact I need some help please.

I’ve done that before, probably still do. Just saying, there are worse choices than peanut butter. Mine was always cookies and candy. If you are sleepwalking, what would happen if someone else hid the peanut butter? Or the spoons? The times I’ve been told about from hubby were times of extreme stress and anxiety. Is there something you are worried about? Maybe something with your daughter? (Since you always check on her) daytime stresses always find a way to interfere with my sleep. Hope you find some answers.

Are you breathing all right? Sounds like you need to sleep better. Do you take something gentle and natural to help you sleep like melatonin or tryptopha

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea years ago but can’t use the machine cause I start to panic really bad. I can even take a sleeping pill and I’m still waking up a lot. I’m one of those people who worry about things before there’s anything to worry about

Maybe what’s needed is anti anxiety meds…you need to talk with a doc that specialises in sleep disorders. It may take time & a lot of trial & error.
