I have a question about ab workouts...i did a workout for abs Thursday. Stomach is sore...I wanted to do a little today...should I Wait? How do u recover from this pain lol bc dayummmm.

Best time for ab workout for me as on a empty stomach so I wake up down a glass of aminos do 3ab exercise back to back 15 reps then rest 30 secs and do two more sets every other day. Healthy eating not diet helps a great deal as well

I don’t wait…I hop on the treadmill lossen up and get it in…..i guess I have to boss up and get it in.

look at this way you getting a early start compare to some women who wait till like end of April an almost kill themselves to get a flat stomach before summer

Sometimes you have treat the.abs just like any other muscle and hit 48 hours after you’ve worked it. But what I do is I do one ab exercise after I workout 3 days per week. On Friday which is my cardio only day I do 3-4 ab exercises. That works best for me. Just try not to over work them.
