It starts out as a problem. But I’m a year out and have no issues. Except I now hate water and so does my tummy, seems to be the norm. I have seen. I have to add flavorings but I now always have some with me or drink unsweet tea with fake sugar and lots of lemon
I had RNY and yes it is an issue in the beginning. I’ve seen it can be an issue with sleeve too. Recommendation is 64oz per day. I was lucky to get 32 for the first week. I think I got up to 64 by week 3. I’m almost 2 years and get over 100oz per day. It just takes time to build up. But you can get dehydrated very easily so it’s important to drink as much as you can!
