Not necessarily…overtraining is when you take it beyond hypertrophy (max pump) and make it hard for the muscle to start adequately repairing itself…so what’s overtraining for one can be just the standard routine for another

I dont belive in over training you can make it to where your arms or what ever you work out ache and be sore for a couple days but thats about it use good bcaas and youll be fine

’s kind of a difficult question to answer without more info. Generally speaking, overtraining is when you are not allowing your body time to recover. If the program you are doing is working and you are seeing progress than it’s not likely that your over training.
