I have a serious problem with portion intake, even when I’m on a healthy diet I still eat large portions and I feel it’s affecting my goal. Plus I’m always hungry.
Drink water before you eat. I have same problem as you and this helps. Or I drink it after eating if I’m still hungry. I usually drink about 600mls before eating a meal and don’t need to eat as much.
Drinking a lot of water will help dilute the acids that make u hungry more often, avoid acidic foods n drinks coz it sounds as if your stomach creates a lot of acid itself.
Eat more nutrients rich foods that would fill your stomach and thus you can get less calories while eating on full stomach.
Snack kadi fruits.
Yep drink water before eating u feel full early.
