I have always done PCV (protein, carb, and veggie) but now that I am doing keto what can I replace the carb with? I also tend to buy frozen meals sometimes (lean cuisine or other ones) but what is out there keto friendly? Just trying to make this new lifestyle work for me.
I cook in Sunday’s and freeze my meals in two serving packages. If you hate eating the same thing twice you can save them in one serving packages. For my lunch I prepare them all on Sunday and package them individually. They keep until Thursday (I work four, ten hour days.).
You likely have to create meals and then freeze them. The ones you buy in the freezer section are not keto friendly. Replace the carbs with fat! Lots and lots of healthy fat! Put butter and oil on your veggies. Drink butter coffee… fat bombs…. almonds…. eggs… meat!!!! Everyplace you were going to eat a carb, eat fat.
