I have been following the keto diet for almost a year now. I do yoga about 5 days a week but I’m looking to add weights. Where do I start?

I started by buying dumbbells, I knew the exercises from before, but if you go on youtube and search ‘dumbbell exercises’ you find tons of video.

You prolly don’t need a lot of weight to start like 5-10 pounds buy in pairs, some people swear by cheap exercise bands too, using those will save you money. Weights are usually about 1 dollar per pound.

I started with a set of 1s, 5s, and 10s and watched Fitness Blender. Then when I felt like I needed more, I bought a set of 3-24 Power Blocks.
