I have been keto since last November and have lost no weight. However I have decreased 1cm. I do a very clean and basic keto – no baking, etc. Hoping to lose 10kg. Despite this though, my main problem is fluid retention. This is the main reason I started this WOE. Any ideas or advice please?
That’s should be plenty of deficit to lose weight. Have you had your thyroid checked recently? Have you considered food sensitivity, like nuts or dairy? Any medication that might be in play? Are you exercising? Do you have a history of yo yo dieting that may have left your basal metabolism lower than expected?
