I have been on keto for over a year. After 40 lbs, I stopped losing and have been stalled for 4-5 months. I have a med that I take that makes it difficult to lose, but I know I need to fast more than I have been (been fasting some breakfast). I just need to suck it up and do it. Would anyone like to give me some encouragement to get started and stick with it?

I think doing one or two or even three 36-hr (overnight) fasts a week, along with daily IK on non-fasting days, is hugely effective for fat loss. It’s hard for me to skip dinner because my husband cooks and he always makes amazing food, but it has had a great impact on my metabolism. I wear a continuous glucose monitor & I can see it’s really getting my glucose in a low & stable state & having a cumulative impact.
