Drink cold water or mix with ginger and cinnamon first thing in de morning before u eating your break fast

.if you are lifting weights…do pull ups….
1 lay down across a flat bench,make sure you pull in a right way onto the chest…
2 keep increase the size of the weights
4 only use the taso and arm power to pull the weight..
It’s painful first but the easiest way of killing that tummy shape..with the right exercise

1. Since u mentioned weight lifting, I believe ur arms r strong enough so u can also try pull ups.
2. Try the plank, start slowly, it might help with the back problem

Remember I said try. Stop immediately if it’s not working for u
