You’ll do fine with your surgery. Stick to your meal plan and remember to hydrate. I actually lost during my recovery. Follow your Pt’s instructions

I had my rotator cuff surgery 6 months after WLS I didn’t gain but I didn’t loose either. Do your PT after you don’t want frozen shoulder

I was walking the day after surgery. Not far but I was moving and doing my PT diligently

I dropped weight when I fractured my shoulder and had to limit my activity. Focus on eating protein to help your body repair and keep up with all your vitamins especially the calcium chews.

This can be a real worry-
Remember-
Abs are made in the kitchen.
I learned this during December. I didn’t workout as much and I was able to maintain because I paid attention to my eating.
