I have done keto on and off for about a year, more on than off. I have serious chocolate cravings. I’ve tried about a dozen mousse or various chocolate recipes but I literally can’t stand the taste of erithyrotol, stevia, Splenda, swerve or anything of the like. It leaves a terrible taste in my mouth and I can’t get over it. I’d rather eat no deserts than something with those substitutes. Suggestions? Am I lacking a vitamin supplement that will curve the cravings?
