I have just bought an exercise bike which shows the calories you burn. I was just wondering if people eat back the calories they burn or not?
I don’t eat any calories I’ve done through exercise unless I’ve burn a lot and I’m very hungry otherwise what’s the point.
The more you burn the more you need to eat. But with the healthy food rather than cake and biscuits. So toast is fine. Your body will crash otherwise.
No, I don’t. Sometimes maybe half but only when I run like a lot.
