cliche, but true: regular exercise and lots of clean eating.

p.s. i recently underwent some tests for PCOS diagnosis. I came out negative, but my doctor was very stern on my exercise and diet because he said I may not have it, but i’m pretty darn close. Anyway, he said regular cardio, even in small amounts, is important. He also mentioned i cut down on carbs as much as possible. And ensuring good poo (sorry lol) is also vital. clean eating and exercise won’t just help you lose weight with pcos. I have a close friend with pcos and your hormones need to be balanced first. Step 1 would be to go to the doctor, they will analyze your hormones and give you medication if needed. They then develop a plan for diet for you since pcos makes it very difficult to lose weight. She’s lost 100lbs before so it’s not impossible!

Until I started metformin for my pcos I couldn’t lose weight , had no energy and tired all the time. Saw gp and she got me to try them. I now have more energy and eat less. Only works if ur insulin resistant. Also drink 2 glasses of water before each meal and it will fill u up and help with cravings x

also have PCOS and the things that have worked best for me are cutting out sugars, red meats and dairy! I eat a lot of healthy foods.. veggies and fruit and drink lots of water! I drink apple cider vinegar tea with fiber in the morning and take black seed oil! I exercise at home via treadmill, exercise bike and other work outs! Last Monday I weighed in at 149.6 lbs from 157 lbs on January 1st! I will be weighing again tomorrow morning, so hopefully there will be great results!!

Track calories and macros, lift weights, cardio and exercise. The issue with PCOS is that it makes it harder to feel like being consistent with all of the things that matter. Which is activity and eating.
