I do a celluar cleanse 1x time per week, then maybe another intermittent fast. When doing the intermittent I don’t have my first meal until around 10am, if you consumed high quality protein at dinner such as a nutrient dense shake your body goes into a fasting state burning the fat quicker then say having a meal at dinner. I’ve noticed that not completely fast, but severely reduce the amount of calories I take in once or twice a week works best for me, that way I do not crave food that much that day if at all
