I have seen discussions on here about losing hair and to up your protein to 100 grams...how are you guys getting in that much....I have a hard time getting in 65 grams!

Get some protein rich food early morning. Try chicken, fish, peanuts.

Defiantly up your protein but I also take 10k units of Biotin and 500mg of Taurine. My hair was do thin I could see my scalp and it is so much better now. It was not overnight. More like a few months. But it has helped my self esteem tremendously

Same here. Protein bar in the morning, Genepro Jell-o shots, yogurt + scoop of Genepro, and fish or chicken in every meal.

Genepro, 1 premier with a shot of espresso over ice – venti (Starbucks), Costco (Kirkland) protein bars, jerky, egg and cheese, … basically every meal/snack is 70% protein. I’m 2 years out so it will be different depending on your diet. I get 80 to 100g protein a day
