I have went way over on my protein and not nearly enough fat. What can I eat that is high in fat but low in everything else?
Brain octane, MCT oil, XCT oil, butter.
Ghee, avacado oil in my coffee doesnt change the flavor for me except coffe not as bitter.
I do coconut oil and butter..mayo..blue cheese..mct oil makes me nauseated . learning as I go..
Add healthy fats to your diet.. mct oil, evoo, avacados.
Heavy whipping cream.
