It’s all about doing what is sustainable for you. Personally, I’d rather be fat than fasting for days but whatever

Apparently they have researched it and it has a huge amount of benefits when you fast intermittently
There’s a huge list, but the main one that I was impressed by was cell repair.
Apparently humans aren’t meant to eat 3 meals a day, 7 days a week.
I tried it, was very hard. Not for me lol.
But yeah, apparently very good for your body.

When fasting after a certain length of time your body starts using its stores but also calories will be restricted as you can only eat so much…. i couldnt and wouldnt do it myself.

People have been fasting for a variety of different reasons since the beginning of time.

It all goes back to when we were hunter gatherers. There were days when we didn’t eat. It’s how our metabolism works. It’s hard wired in us to not eat everyday.
