Eat lots of fruit! They may be a bit more calorie-dense than veggies, but the nutritional value is too great to ignore!

I eat two small portions per day. Yes fruit is full of good stuff, but if you eat too much you will have a hard time balancing your macros. Rule number one for me is that sugar is the enemy.

Your body processes fructose and glucose differently, they are different compounds, fruit contains lots of important fibre, micronutrients and vitamins etc that your body needs and unless advised otherwise by a medical professional should be including in your diet. Everything in moderation
