The kiwi has approx 10 grams carbs, the banana 27, and depending on what kind of choco….So yes, this would be very high.

Here’s what I can say….this group is a low carb high fat nutrition group. Generally speaking less than 20 grams of carbs per day to lose weight, 50 grams to maintain, and over that to gain
