Make sure that you cut the straw on an angle. You may have the straw cut straight and it may be clogging on the bottom of the water flask if it is flush to it.
If that does not work and you still have any issue, contact the company. They are great to work with.

Yes, all 5 of mine did the same thing- sucking up air, like there is a hole or a leak somewhere. The company is not very easy to work with for replacements either, despite the “Lifetime Warranty.”

I had the same issue and contacted the manufacturer. They promptly replaced the cap along with new straws and now it all works.

I haven’t had this problem….however, I would try their customer service. I think they will either have suggestions how to fix it or maybe send you a replacement.

A joke? I don’t understand but all you have to do is cut it at an angle where it still hits the bottom of the bottle and make sure the top is pushed all the way into the cap part add hot to it in case you need it to stick better

You need get a good deal on the top and then trim the other end at a slight angle to the length of the bottom. The straws come extra long so you should trim to the bottle size you have. It should just touch the bottom and if you cut at an angle there should still be good flow.
