you’re a good one. i cant get to a gallon, i have a couple of days in a row but its hard doing consistent daily. as long as i get my 6 bottles in im fine. have you lose any weight since you started?

im on the same boat, i want my stomach flat too and i increased my water to drinking half my weight in ounces (6 bottles a day) and my stomach is shedding more each week… i do work out as well but im sure drinking water only as my beverage is doing a big factor

I thought planks were hard but they not, if you can’t do straight 60 do 30 then rest do something else then rest then 30 sec plank again

Then build Up to the 60 secs…5 sets…them start at one set with a 10 lb plate on your back…up to 5 sets, then add a 25…so on and so on

I started playing around a couple yrs ago.. exercising but not eating right. A couple months ago.. started eating better.. no fast foods.. gallon of water but I’ve been stuck here.
