I missed almost a week of t25, I plan on doubling up to catch up. Is that alright or should I just start completely over? I’m supposed to be on week 3.

If you’re able for it go ahead, just don’t push yourself to hard, I’m on catch up this week. I’ll be finished week 4 and 5 by Sunday and into beta round for Monday.

Just pick up where you left off. You should look at this as a lifestyle change, not just a one off task to be checked off your list.

I never understand doubling up. Hiit training is all about working at your highest intensity, so shouldn’t you be worn out after one session?

I did the same at the end of week 3, I just picked up where I left off on the following Monday. So instead of this Sunday being the last day of alpha, it’s now the last day of wk4.

Personally I’d start the week you faltered on again and if I felt up to doubles I’d do some. If you call it done because you’ve doubled all of them up you might find a pattern of skip / double developing and that’s not developing a good habit.
