Ride your bike to the gym. Good warmup and cardio on the way there! Diet is what makes you loose weight. You can cardio and weight train all day long but if you dont limit cal. And change your diet your shape will be hid under a layer of fat. It can be done with 1 easy step. (Well , not super easy)
