Work out doing intervals morning and 5minute warm up 5 min cardio and 5 minute cool down drink 2.5 liters of water daily starting in the morning if you have any cravings at night get sweet fruit snack and veggies after that your good to go and green tea will help you feel unbloated

 Meal prep. With your demanding roles. Try maybe eating 3 smaller meals and 3 snacks. Eating lean proteins, green leafy veggies and complex carbs (beans, sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc.)
