I do a lot of push ups and tricep dips…..lunges, squats, plié squats, Love my pro-max machine. Google arm challenges and leg challenges and there are tons that give variety
squat. Dead lifts. Lunges. For arms, rock climbing.
There are QUITE a few different arm and leg workouts I prescribe to my clients! It depends on what your goals are and what equipment you have access to!
