I need help how do you deal with Apertite I’m getting worse I’m eating too much and I’m over weight, I’m losing it please help guys.
Start by drinking lots of water to keep the hunger away snack a lot rather than heavy meals..Exercise.
When u eat food make sure u eat 50% of green stuff, 30% of meat and 20% of starch.
Apple cider vinegar in hot water in the morning suppress appetite. At least works for me.
Fast for one day.
Drinking water is great at making you feel full so you eat less. Drink before you eat.
