I need help on starting excercise, I am 62 years old and have no idea where to start
Walking. I am 63, then work up from there.
Walk walk walk even 10 mins every 2 hours and working up from there
go to the gym and talked to the personal trainer to get started….a lot of them have a free first session
I second the recommendation for walking. I belong to a gym that has an indoor walking track, 12 times around equals a mile. Start slow and add laps as it becomes easier.
You can aways start out with chair exercises. Look under “chair aerobics ” on YouTube they have several. That and walking.
